QRT’s culture of innovation continuously drives our ambition to deliver high quality returns for our investors.\nYour future role within QRT \nAs an End User Computing Engineer, you will provide regional engineering expertise while reporting into QRT’s Global Engineering Team. \nYou will help design, build and improve the Windows services used across QRT, focusing on Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, Citrix DaaS and automation. Working with colleagues across APAC and the wider global team, you will ensure our users receive a secure, consistent and high-performing experience across physical and virtual desktops. \nResponsibilities \nEngineer and maintain enterprise Windows 11 environments across physical and virtual platforms. \nDesign and manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and device deployment processes. \nManage device configuration, security, compliance and application deployment through Microsoft Intune and Group Policy. \nSupport and optimise Citrix DaaS, including image management, logon performance and user experience. \nEngineer workspace management, profile management and user environment personalisation solutions. \nDevelop PowerShell automation for provisioning, application deployment, health checks and remediation. \nOwn endpoint lifecycle processes from initial provisioning through to patching and decommissioning. \nAct as the regional engineering escalation point for complex or business-critical EUC issues. \nProduce reporting for endpoint health, patching, BitLocker and security compliance. \nContribute to global endpoint standards and engineering projects. \nSome travel to other APAC offices may be required \nYour experience \nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot in an enterprise environment. \nStrong experience engineering and supporting enterprise Windows 10/11 environments. \nAdvanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills. \nExperience supporting Citrix DaaS, VDI or a comparable virtual desktop platform. \nExperience designing and managing Group Policy. \nExperience with workspace management, profile management and user personalisation technologies. \nGood understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, authentication and hybrid identity. \nExperience with endpoint security, patching and application deployment. \nStrong troubleshooting and communication skills. \nThe ability to work independently in APAC while contributing effectively to a global team. \nExperience with Microsoft 365, PKI or infrastructure-as-code tooling would be beneficial. \nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
