You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, working with network engineers and technology teams to turn operational needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions while helping shape the team’s technology, processes, and best practices.\nYour Future Role within QRT \nDesign and build scalable, state-of-the-art network automation applications.\nBuild modular frontend UIs and backend services.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to define requirements.\nPromote best practices across UX/UI.\nMaintain strong standards for code quality, testing practices, and documentation.\nDemonstrate a strong willingness to keep your skills up to date and work with the team in adopting best-in-class processes and tooling.\nYour Present Skillset\nExpert skills in at least one of Golang, Python, or React/TypeScript.\nGood knowledge of UX, testing, CI/CD, current DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and AWS.\nKnowledge of observability platforms such as Prometheus, AlertManager, Grafana, etc.\nExperience with SQL.\nComfortable with agentic development workflows.\nAbility to communicate technical decisions, progress, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience working within Agile delivery processes, including planning, estimation, and iterative releases.\nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
