Participate in the on-call rotation\nService Reliability: Analyze system performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis for outages and degradations\nAutomation: Automate response to common issues and improve self-healing capabilities\nCollaboration: Partner with development teams to instrument applications and ensure SLIs/SLOs/SLAs are well-defined and tracked\nYour present skillset\n2-10 years’ professional experience\nAdvanced skills in one or several programming languages\nStrong Python skills for automation and scripting, very high standards in code quality and good development practices\nKnowledge of real-time systems, high performance computing and quantitative applications an advantage\nFamiliarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS specifically is a plus)\nExperience working in a high-availability, low-latency environment\nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
