You will evaluate emerging AI technologies, integrate them into our internal ecosystem, and develop solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nYour future role within QRT\nBuild and maintain AI-powered applications, assistants, and agentic workflows\nDevelop integrations between AI systems and internal tools, repositories, databases, and knowledge sources\nDesign and implement AI agents capable of interacting with enterprise systems and APIs\nEvaluate new models, frameworks, and AI tooling\nPartner with researchers, engineers, and business teams to identify high-value use cases\n\nContribute to standards and best practices for AI development across the HFT business\nYour present skillset\nStrong software engineering experience in Python\nExperience building and operating production systems\nExcellent design, debugging, and problem-solving skills\nExperience with modern AI platforms, LLMs, and AI tooling.\nStrong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture\nAbility to independently drive projects from conception to production\nExperience building AI agents or agentic workflows\nExperience evaluating AI systems and coding assistants\nFamiliarity with MCPs, tool-use frameworks, or related technologies\nExperience with quantitative research, trading technology, or financial markets (good-to-have)\nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
