Our culture of innovation continuously drives our ambition to deliver high-quality returns for our investors.\nYour future role within QRT:\nDesign and build high-performance, reliable software systems and reusable components.\n\nTake ownership of technical design and implementation, contributing to architectural decisions and evolving existing systems.\n\nSolve challenging engineering problems involving concurrency, performance, and system reliability.\n\nInvestigate and troubleshoot complex issues to improve system robustness and efficiency.\n\nContribute to code reviews, automated testing and engineering best practices.\n\nCollaborate with researchers and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.\n\nYour present skillset:\nExcellent computer science fundamentals, particularly algorithms, data structures and system design.\n\nStrong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Rust, C++, Go or Java.\n\nHands-on experience designing and building software systems, with a strong sense of ownership.\n\nGood understanding of multithreading, asynchronous I/O, memory management and performance optimization.\n\nExperience developing reliable, production-grade software, with strong debugging and testing practices.\n\nComfortable working in Linux environments.\n\nCurious, proactive and comfortable tackling complex technical challenges.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\n\nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
