QRT:\nAs a Technology Recruiter based in New York, you will play a key role in the continued growth of QRT’s technology teams across North America.\nAs our first Technology Recruiter based in the US, you will own end-to-end hiring across a range of core technology disciplines, with significant ownership and visibility while working as part of QRT’s established global Talent Acquisition team.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManaging end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of technology roles, from intake and sourcing through to assessment and offer.\nPartnering closely with Technology leaders and hiring managers to understand their teams, technical requirements and hiring priorities, providing market insight and advice throughout the process.\nDeveloping and executing sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality technical talent across competitive North American markets.\nBuilding strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market research, networking and internal tools.\nDelivering a high-quality candidate experience and representing QRT effectively in the external market.\nUsing recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring strategies and delivery, while partnering with external agencies where appropriate.\nYour Present Skillset:\n4+ years of technology recruitment experience, with a strong track record of delivering technical hires in competitive markets.\nExperience independently managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial briefing through to successful close.\nStrong direct sourcing skills and experience identifying and engaging passive technical talent.\nExperience recruiting across technology disciplines such as software engineering, infrastructure, platform, production engineering, SRE, DevOps or security.\nAbility to build credible, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, using market knowledge and data to influence hiring decisions.\nStrong candidate management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nA proactive, delivery-focused approach, comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership while collaborating as part of a global team.\nBase salary range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000 per year.\nQRT Total Compensation includes discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits
