As a TechOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining, developing, and improving these tools and supporting the internal users who depend on them. You will be a key point of contact for technical issues, service requests, platform configuration changes, and opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of our tooling. \nYour Future Role within QRT:\nSupport and administer JFrog applications. \nSupport and administer Atlassian Data Center applications. \nInvestigate, triage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues in a timely and professional manner. \nMonitor platform health, performance, availability, and usage trends across the development tooling estate. \nContribute to performance tuning. \nSupport and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows and integrations. \nWork closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical issues. \nMaintain clear documentation, runbooks, support processes, and operational procedures. \nLead upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance activities, and platform improvements. \nSupport future migration initiatives. \nIdentify recurring issues and contribute to long-term improvements, automation, and service reliability. \nParticipate in the team’s on-call rota to support the availability and reliability of critical development tooling. \nYour Present Skillset:\nA minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical support, systems administration, TechOps, DevOps or platform operations role. \nStrong experience supporting JFrog applications. \nHands-on experience administrating Atlassian products. \nExperience with AWS, including EC2, RDS & EKS. \nStrong troubleshooting skills across applications. \nExperience investigating performance issues, service degradation, and high-volume platform usage. \nExperience using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible. \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \nA proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and root-cause resolution. \nBase salary range for this position is $170,000 to $240,000 per year. \nQRT Total Compensation includes discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits
