This role is crucial for maintainingthe reliability and performance of our systems, ensuring they meet the high standardsrequiredin the financial industry.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation\nCollaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance\nDevelop and implement automation tools to streamline operations\nEnsure security and compliance standards are met\nProvide technical support and guidance to other teams\nRequirements\nProven experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role\nStrong understanding of system architecture and cloud technologies\nProficiencyin C++ development, with additionalknowledge of Python or C# being a plus. \nExperience with monitoring and logging tools\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nCommercially oriented mindset with a focus on business outcomes\nExperience working on the buy side is a significant positive. \nExperience with low latency order entry or market data systems is highly desirable. \nPrior experience in the finance industry is preferred but not required. \nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
