Product Management & Requirements\nDefine product requirements, roadmaps and feature priorities for QubeLabs Workmate.\nTranslate customer needs and business problems into PRDs, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.\nDesign user journeys, process flows, business rules and expected product behaviour, including edge cases and exceptions.\nPrioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and strategic objectives.\nDrive features from concept through development, testing, release and post-launch improvement.\n2. BFSI Workflows & Customer Discovery\nDevelop a deep understanding of workflows across banking, wealth management, stock broking, insurance, NBFCs and financial advisory.\nEngage with relationship managers, wealth advisors, operations teams, contact centres and business leaders to identify pain points and automation opportunities.\nTranslate financial-services processes into scalable product capabilities.\nSupport customer discovery, product demonstrations, pilots, POCs and validation of new features.\nIncorporate customer feedback and market insights into product priorities and the roadmap.\n3. AI Product Development\nUnderstand the practical capabilities and limitations of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Voice AI and workflow automation.\nDefine requirements for AI assistants, intelligent agents and AI-powered business workflows.\nWork with the Head of AI to translate model capabilities, technical dependencies and constraints into product specifications.\nDefine expected AI behaviour, business rules, exception handling and measurable business outcomes.\nIdentify where AI is appropriate versus deterministic workflows and conventional business logic.\nUnderstand the capabilities of QubeLabs' proprietary Vectro Series language models and their application to BFSI use cases.\n4. Product & Engineering Collaboration\nWork with AI and engineering teams to clarify requirements, assess feasibility and resolve implementation challenges.\nUnderstand APIs, integrations, data flows, system dependencies and enterprise technology environments.\nParticipate in sprint planning, technical discussions, product reviews and architecture reviews where relevant.\nValidate delivered features against requirements and lead functional and user acceptance testing.\nIdentify delivery risks, technical trade-offs and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality releases.\nPrototype or validate product concepts when required.\n5. Product Strategy & Market Intelligence\nIdentify new product opportunities across financial services.\nEvaluate customer needs, competitive products and emerging AI capabilities.\nDevelop industry-specific use cases and product propositions.\nCollaborate with leadership to align product investments with customer demand, business objectives and long-term product strategy.\nExperience & Qualifications\n4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, BFSI Technology, FinTech or enterprise software.\nMandatory experience in BFSI, FinTech or financial-services technology.\nExperience with enterprise products and collaboration with engineering or technology teams.\nWorking knowledge of at least one financial-services domain, such as banking, wealth management, stock broking, capital markets, insurance, NBFCs or financial advisory.\nExperience in customer discovery, requirements gathering and product documentation.\nExposure to AI/Generative AI products is preferred but not mandatory.\nBachelor's degree from a recognized university; an MBA or equivalent qualification in product management or business is preferred.\nRequired Skills\nProduct Management\nRequirements gathering, PRDs and functional specifications.\nUser stories, acceptance criteria and workflow design.\nRoadmapping, prioritization and product lifecycle management.\nCustomer discovery, stakeholder management and product validation.\nBFSI Domain Knowledge\nUnderstanding of financial-services workflows, business processes and enterprise requirements.\nAbility to engage with business users and translate operational challenges into technology solutions.\nTechnical Understanding\nWorking knowledge of AI/Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG and Conversational AI.\nUnderstanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows and cloud-based enterprise applications.\nAbility to collaborate with AI and engineering teams on technical feasibility, dependencies and implementation trade-offs.\nYou do not need to be an AI engineer, but you must be comfortable understanding technical concepts and translating them into practical product requirements.\nWhat Success
