You'll work directly with clients to understand their workflows and challenges, define the right solution, build it on their real systems and constraints, and take it through evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement.\nAs a platform-agnostic FDE, you'll work across technologies and cloud environments, applying strong AI engineering and software development fundamentals rather than being tied to a specific vendor stack.\nAt Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology.\nWhat we expect from you\n5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.\nPrevious client-facing experience, with the ability to lead technical conversations, challenge assumptions, and communicate trade-offs with stakeholders.\nStrong full-stack development skills, with the ability to work across backend, frontend, and data.
