including testing, CI/CD, and production deployments\nOptimize performance, cost, and scalability across data workloads\nContribute to architecture decisions while remaining deeply involved in implementation\nSupport and mentor teams on Databricks capabilities and modern data stack approaches\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics (typically 7+ years)\nProven track record delivering multiple end-to-end data projects on Databricks\nDeep hands-on expertise with Spark and distributed systems (including performance tuning)\nSolid experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nExperience building and deploying production-grade data pipelines\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, MLOps, and modern data platform practices\nConsulting mindset with the ability to work directly with clients and drive solutions\nNice to Have\nDatabricks certifications (e.g., Data Engineering Professional)\nExperience with performance optimization and cost efficiency in large-scale data environments\nExposure to advanced Databricks features across the platform\n*This position is only available to candidates in Colombia,
