Partnering closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Endpoint Engineering, Application Owners, and Service Owners, the ServiceNow Engineer will ensure business applications, technical services, and supporting infrastructure are accurately represented within the CMDB. This role is instrumental in establishing sustainable governance practices, reducing duplicate and orphaned configuration items, delivering actionable dashboards and metrics, and serving as UTA’s CMDB subject matter expert.
