assigned development tasks based on defined requirements and technical direction.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nWork with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to support development and delivery activities.\nApply testing fundamentals, including:\nUnit testing\nIntegration testing\nData validation\nParticipate in Git-based development workflows , pull requests, code reviews, and issue tracking.\nSupport data and application workloads using cloud and database services.\nLeverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n1-3 years of experience in software development, data engineering, backend application development, or a related technical role.\nHands-on experience with Python .\nExposure to PySpark, Apache Spark , or similar data engineering tools.\nExperience building, testing, or maintaining:\nData pipelines\nAPIs\nBackend services\nApplication features\nAbility to work from defined requirements and technical direction.\nFamiliarity with Agile development practices.\nBasic working knowledge of cloud or database services such as:\nAWS S3\nAWS IAM\nAWS RDS\nPostgreSQL\nExperience with Git , pull requests, code reviews, and issue tracking tools.\nGood understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and data validation .\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred / Asset Skills\nExposure to workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow .\nExperience or
