members to ensure seamless coordination across project sprints.\nManage intake submissions for new content requests by monitoring designated channels (e.g., email inboxes, online Qualtrics forms), logging and prioritizing requests.\nCollaborate with the digital team to create and maintain D.ca leader profiles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.\nOversee shared and individual inboxes by monitoring incoming messages, prioritizing and responding to inquiries, flagging urgent items, and ensuring timely follow-up.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within a professional services environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner).\nExperience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms considered an asset.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
