Relevant professional qualifications in accounting, finance, or management consulting may be considered as alternatives.\nMinimum of 3 years of project management experience within the last 7 years in one or more project management disciplines.\nExperience managing at least 3 projects, each lasting 8 months or longer .\nAt least 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors.\nDemonstrated experience in project planning, risk management, change control, budget management, and resource coordination.\nExperience preparing project charters, project plans, feasibility studies, business cases, and project approval documentation.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, meeting facilitation, and issue-resolution skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Project and other relevant project management tools.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage discussions involving stakeholders with diverse perspectives.\nExperience managing projects in regulated environments (e.g., government, financial services, utilities).\nExperience with system migrations, payment systems, or transaction-processing platforms (generic wording).\nExperience coordinating multiple vendors across technical and business domains.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nExperience in the banking, financial services, or credit card industry.\nExperience facilitating virtual meetings and managing discussions involving multiple stakeholder groups.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.\nExperience managing projects involving multiple organisations, business units, and complex stakeholder dependencies.\nExperience with POS hardware, payment gateways, or financial reporting systems.\n• Experience supporting compliance or audit readiness (PCI, SOX, or
