The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical delivery expertise, Agile project management , and deep insurance domain knowledge , particularly across personal and commercial auto claims, digital claims, and property insurance .\nThe TPM will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery , stakeholder alignment, and QA and compliance leadership , working closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Project Management\nLead the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring on-time and budget-conscious delivery\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders\nManage project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews\nProduce standardized weekly status reports summarizing progress, risks, outcomes, and effort metrics\nJira Administration & Reporting\nDesign and maintain Jira project structures for complex technical workflows\nConfigure Jira workflows, issue types, screens, and fields to support SDLC processes\nBuild dashboards providing real-time visibility into sprint progress, velocity, and team performance\nGenerate leadership-level reports including velocity, burndown, and compliance metrics\nQA & Compliance Leadership\nDrive overall QA strategy and ensure compliance across unit, integration, system, and UAT testing phases\nOversee test case creation, execution, and traceability using Jira Zephyr\nProduce and present QA metrics including test coverage, pass/fail rates, and defect leakage\nPromote best practices in test planning, automation readiness, and continuous quality improvement\nTechnical Validation & Environment Oversight (Nice to Have)\nOversee environment readiness including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure builds\nCollaborate with DevOps teams on environment configuration and endpoint reviews\nReview and approve pull requests (PRs) to ensure code quality and alignment with project goals\nInsurance & Platform Experience (Nice to Have)\nStrong understanding of personal and commercial auto claims, digital claims workflows, and property insurance (e.g., Sonnet / Vyne)\nWork closely with business analysts and product owners to ensure insurance product compliance\nUnderstanding of Guidewire architecture\nCoordinate with legacy technology teams to integrate and support in-house, legacy, and cloud-based systems\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in technical project management within software development environments\nStrong hands-on experience with Jira (including Zephyr) and Confluence\nFamiliarity with GitHub/GitLab , CI/CD tools, and modern SDLC practices\nExposure to legacy systems and mainframe environments\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe , or equivalent\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP\nStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management\n• Prior experience in the insurance domain , particularly claims processing and digital
