Define the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.\nProduct Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.\nStakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and executive leadership, to gather feedback, align on goals, and drive product adoption. Act as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries and provide regular updates on product initiatives.\nCustomer Focus: Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to understand customer needs, pain points, and user behavior. Leverage customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development, ensuring our B2B product remains competitive and addresses customer challenges.\n\nProduct Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for our B2B product portfolio. Collaborate on the creation of sales enablement materials, product documentation, and product-related content to drive product awareness and adoption.\nAnalytics and Performance Tracking: Define key product metrics and implement effective measurement tools to track product performance and user engagement. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product features to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.\nTeam Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Encourage a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the product management team.\nEducation and Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, or equivalent); MBA from a tier-1 college or institute preferred.\nProven track record of at least 5 years in product management, with a focus on B2B products.\nStrong understanding of B2B markets, customer needs, and industry trends.\nExperience leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.\nExperience in product management and development as a product manager/sr. product manager in new age product/tech B2B SaaS based produc t, preferably from a consumer Internet or E-commerce companies.\nExperience as a Product Manager, preferably in the search, recommendation, or personalization domain.\nGood to have an understanding of search & recommendation algorithmsand industry best practices.\nExperience & comfort in Wireframing, Roadmapping, User Story Writing, Multiple Stakeholder management\nYou have experience in writing quality User stories and other tools as required to deliver on the responsibilities of the position.\nYou have execution-mindset with ability to get hands-on (writing basic SQL queries, presentations / demos, configurations).\nYou have prior experience in working closely and cross-functionally with a number of diverse teams including Technology, Dev, Operations, Customer Support, Analytics, Content, Design and other critical decisioning teams.\nYou have worked across teams (UX, UI, Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) for product design and placement.\nYou have Experienced in taking quick decisions basis data & analytical
