Installer will demonstrate strong leadership skills by taking the initiative, staying customer-focused, displaying a strong work ethic while on the jobsite and being able to execute consecutive events.\nBenefits\n401k Safe Harbor with Employer 5% match\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program\nPotential to go Full Time\nPotential for overtime\nEligible for annual increases based on performance\nOpportunities for professional growth\nUnder the supervision of the General Manager and Operations Manager this position's responsibilities include:\nDeliver and pick-up gear/crew to event venues\nPreparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site\nWorking with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members\nLoading and unloading company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites\nSet and strike drape and hardware at event venues\nCompleting warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished\nDelivering outstanding customer service\nRequirements\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nPrior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required.\nUnderstanding of hotel/convention docks\nAbility to execute consecutive events while handling the associated stresses and challenges.\nCan positively interact with team members and customers on a daily basis and be open to constructive criticism.\nA great attitude and great customer service skills.\nCan read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.\nMust maintain a professional appearance, have reliable transportation, and be punctual.\nIs able to problem solve and prioritize needs while on jobsites.\nIs able to handle team dynamics, and customer service issues on a daily basis.\nWorkload varies from 0-30+ hours per week based on volume and availability.\nDriver Requirements:\nPossess a valid, unexpired driver’s license \nPrior Box Truck / Van driving background and able to drive Quest light-duty vans.\nPass Quest-generated written and practical driving tests.\nSubmit to an annual driving record review (No DUIs, etc). \nThis position is required to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
