This position is an extension of the on-site teams, and as such, business levels at times dictate the need to take part in the installation and dismantle of events.\nBenefits\nSafe Harbor 401k with 5% Match\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program\nPTO and Holiday Pay, including Floating Holiday\nInsurance Benefits including Medical (with HSA and FSA options), Dental, Vision, Life & Disability\nPotential for Overtime (hours vary by season)\nEligible for annual increases based on performance\nOpportunities for professional growth\nUnder the supervision of the Warehouse Manager and Director of Production, primary responsibilities include:\nMaintaining the accuracy of inventoried assets on a daily basis\nAssist with maintaining quality control of assets by checking for cleanliness, damage, and manage accordingly through company process for repair\nFacilitate internal equipment transfers\nMaintain inventory of equipment assigned to events through accuracy of company paperwork\nFollow warehouse safety and regulations\nKnowledgeable in all products Quest Events offers, including installation and dismantling\nResponsible for the organization and cleanliness of warehouse area\nResponsible for driving related duties such as gear drop off/pickup\nRequirements\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n1+ year of experience in the Event Industry or warehouse job experience.\nAbility to adapt to and maintain a varying schedule and work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed.\nInventory and shipping experience preferred\nMust be able to speak, write, and understand English fluently.\nMust be able to positively interact with others on a daily basis.\nTime Management, attention to detail, and organization\nMust be able to problem solve and prioritize needs on a daily basis.\nDriver Requirements:\nPossess a valid, unexpired drivers license\nSubmit to an annual driving record review (No DUIs, etc). \nThis position is required to pass a DOT physical.
