At Quest Global, we celebrate engineers who question, explore and look beyond the obvious to find better answers.\nDescription\nJob Requirements\n\nJob Description\nQuest Global is a market leader in diversified engineering solutions and one of the global, reliable and long-term partners of numerous companies in the fields of Transportation, Aerospace & Defence, Aero Engines, Industrial & Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, and Power.\nSHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US!\nWe are looking for an engineer to support the design, integration, and testing of control, electrical power, and cooling systems used in complex equipment.\n\nWork Experience\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Support engineering design activities for control, power, and cooling subsystems.\n• Prepare technical requirements, drawings, and specifications.\n• Support prototype builds and system integration.\n• Take part in testing, troubleshooting, and verification activities.\n• Work with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n• 3–5 years of engineering experience in at least one relevant technical area.\n• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.\n• Strong practical knowledge of control systems, power distribution, or thermal management.\n• General understanding of the interfaces between electrical and mechanical systems.\n• Ability to analyze test results and technical problems.\n• English at B2 level or higher.\n• Fluent Polish language skills (C2) mandatory.\nNice to Have\n• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or electrical simulation tools.\n• Experience with integrated electromechanical equipment.\n• Background in aerospace, defense, or industrial automation.\n\nBenefits\nPrivate healthcare (Medicover) – comprehensive private medical care.\n\nProfessional development – access to technical training and language courses to support your career growth.\n\nOpportunity to work on innovative Aerospace & Aviation projects with leading global customers.\n\nOn-site collaboration with the client in a dynamic international engineering environment.\n\nSalary range: our budget for this role is between PLN 14,000 -
