services, processes, resource managers, and IPC mechanisms.\n\nDesign and develop device drivers and low-level hardware interfaces.\n\nImplement and troubleshoot inter-process communication (IPC), multithreading, synchronization, interrupts, and real-time software.\n\nDevelop software for embedded platforms and automotive ECUs/SoCs, including ARM Cortex-A and Cortex-R based systems.\n\nWork with communication interfaces and protocols including CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, TCP/IP, UART, SPI, I2C, and USB.\n\nPerform software debugging and system-level troubleshooting using tools such as GDB, QNX Momentics, and Lauterbach.\n\nConduct root-cause analysis of software crashes, memory issues, deadlocks, performance bottlenecks, boot-time issues, and system integration defects.\n\nOptimize software for CPU and memory utilization, boot time, reliability, latency, and overall system performance.\n\nDevelop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and support technical documentation.\n\nCollaborate closely with BSP, hardware, systems, application, and validation teams throughout the software development and integration lifecycle.\n\nParticipate in software architecture and design discussions, code reviews, technical documentation, and integration activities.\n\nSupport software development processes including Git-based development, issue tracking, CI, code review, and release activities.\n\nFor Lead Engineer candidates, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive technical solutions, and take ownership of complex system-level field.\n\n7+ years of hands-on embedded software development experience.\n\nStrong programming skills in C and C++.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with QNX / QNX Neutrino RTOS.\n\nStrong experience with Embedded Linux development.\n\nStrong understanding of:\n\nMultithreading and SMP\n\nInter-process communication (IPC)\n\nSynchronization mechanisms\n\nInterrupting handling\n\nMemory management\n\nScheduling and task management\n\nReal-time operating system concepts\n\nMiddleware development\n\nHands-on experience developing software for embedded platforms and SoCs based on ARM Cortex-A and/or Cortex-R architecture.\n\nExperience with inter-processor communication, including sockets and/or RPMsg.\n\nStrong experience in system-level debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.\n\nHands-on experience designing, developing, and testing device drivers and low-level software interfaces.\n\nGood knowledge of hardware communication interfaces including I2C, SPI, and UART, particularly in the context of device-driver development.\n\nStrong experience developing software for real-time embedded systems.\n\nExperience with CMake and Make.\n\nStrong knowledge of Git and modern software development workflows.\n\nExperience with software development and integration tools such as Jira, Git, SVN, or equivalent.\n\nExperience developing unit and integration test cases and related technical documentation.\n\nGood understanding of software development, integration, debugging, and release processes.\n\nGood to Have:\n\nExperience with Android / Android Automotive OS (AAOS).\n\nExperience with Android Framework, HAL, AIDL, and/or HIDL.\n\nExperience developing BSPs, device drivers, bootloaders, or other low-level platform software.\n\nExperience in automotive infotainment, digital cockpit, telematics, or connected vehicle systems.\n\nExperience with Renesas R-Car or similar automotive SoC platforms.\n\nWorking knowledge of CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, and TCP/IP.\n\nExperience working in multi-OS environments using hypervisors.\n\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies.\n\nKnowledge of static analysis, code quality, and code coverage tools.\n\nKnowledge of embedded processor architectures and hardware accelerators such as ISP, GPU, NPU, and related subsystems.\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional
