Total Experience : 20 - 28 years - Proven experience in setting up and scaling Offshore Development Canters (ODCs). - Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment software, factory automation, and manufacturing workflows. - Experience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams. - Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and program governance. - Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.
