The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, automation framework design, and enterprise test automation. The candidate should possess a demonstrable ability in software development with a strong focus on QA and Verification & Validation (V&V).\n\nAs the automation landscape continues to evolve with the adoption of AI models and automation tools, the candidate should be capable of designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that enhance software quality, improve efficiency, and support innovation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Python.\n\nDefine and implement automation strategies for UI, API, database, and end-to-end testing.\n\nBuild automation frameworks from scratch and continuously improve existing frameworks.\n\nLead automation initiatives across multiple projects and technology stacks.\n\nIntegrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.\n\nCollaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.\n\nEvaluate and implement AI-enabled automation tools and solutions to improve productivity and test effectiveness.\n\nMentor automation engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.\n\nDrive automation metrics, quality improvements, and innovation across projects.\n\nWork Experience\n\nMandatory Skills\n\n12+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Verification & Validation.\n\nStrong programming expertise in Python.\n\nProven experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade automation frameworks.\n\nHands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar.\n\nStrong experience in API automation and database validation.\n\nExperience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.\n\nStrong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.\n\nExcellent debugging, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nExperience with AI-assisted test automation tools and frameworks.\n\nKnowledge of Machine Learning or Generative AI applications in software testing.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nExperience in enterprise applications or large-scale product development.\n\nRequired
