Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Python, and Django.
• Develop and implement Micro Frontend architectures for enterprise-scale applications.
• Build reusable UI components and ensure high performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Perform code reviews and follow best practices for coding, testing, and security.
• Leverage GenAI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Design and develop AI-powered agents and automation solutions that provide measurable business value.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Continuously improve application performance, user experience, and engineering efficiency.

Work Experience

Must Have Skills

• Must have hands-on experience in React, Redux, Django, Python, Micro Frontend architecture, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools such as Webpack.
• Experience with React.js workflows, including state management and component-based development.
• Familiarity with CSS pre-processing libraries (e.g., SASS or LESS) and responsive design principles.
• Exposure to other front-end frameworks or libraries such as Angular or Vue.js.
• Ability to build AI agents and automation solutions using Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of version control systems such as Git.

• 5+ years of experience in Front-End or Full-Stack Web Application Development.
