Those sessions gatherSales & Operations leaders of such product lines in order tomonitorthe business.\nYour responsibilities are to:\nHelp buildingthe business reviewsof your perimeter,\nContribute to ensuringreliability, compliance with accounting rules, homogeneity, and completeness within the deadlines.\nMaintain & improve -quality of dataand production of the reporting:\nRun thechecks toensure that the data is consistent to be reported.\n\nHelpswitch from excel to BI tools for Business reviews and consolidatethe data in a single environment.\n\nIncrease automationand improve the reporting process to reduce delays.\n\nImprove the relevance & quality of this reporting:\nContribute to thecontinuous improvement and evolution of the data shared in those reviewsto better answer the stakeholders needs(Operations& Sales mainly) and better understand those activities.\n\nGroup reporting:\nThe FP&A Department is in charge ofbuildingeach montha groupreporting presented to the investorsafter being reviewed internally.\nYour responsibilities are to:\nHelp buildingthe monthly reporting of your perimeter within the deadlines,\nEnsure reliability, compliance with accounting rules, homogeneity, and completeness within the deadlines.\nMaintain & improve - quality of data and production of the reporting:\nHelp to ensure the correct reporting of your perimeter within the group P&L.\nRun thechecks to ensure that the data is consistent to be reported and work with other departments to continue cleaning this data (Finance teams especially).\nHelp buildingthe rules of allocation towards the P&L of your Business Units or perimeter.\nHelpswitch from excel to BI tools for Business reviews and consolidatethe data in a single environment.\nIncrease automation and improve the reporting process to reduce delays.\nBudget and reforecast:\nThe FP&A Department is in charge ofbuildingthe Budget(yearly), Reforecast and Business plan (on demand) of the group.\nYour responsibilities are to:\nOrganizebudget meetingswith the Budget Owners, retrieveinputs during budget season.\nNB: You may work on budgeting & forecasting on items that are not included in your initialperimeter.\nBring the budget & forecast data into your reporting with the budget owners to ensure ownership.\nGeneral\nYou are expected to provide help to the team even if this exceeds your initialperimeter if your inputs may be useful and help the global consistency.\nThe Finance Department is still evolving based on the needs ofthe group, and there could be changes in the perimeter that you were initially assigned.\nYouare expected torepresentpositively the FP&A Department and the Questel Group by showingpositive thinking, taking initiatives, willing to go the extra mile.\nThe perfect match…\n0-5 years’ experience in accounting or FP&A in an international group or delivering similar services via Big 4 audit firm,\nAccounting and Excel skills, \nRigorous personality, organized, trustworthy and curious,\nCapacity to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment,\nHighly motivated and striving for continuous improvement and optimization,\nFluent in English.\nQuestel\nDriven by values of entrepreneurship, respect, and integrity, Questel is committed to growth and social responsibility.
