Could It Be You?\nWe are hiring a hands-on Team Lead to lead the engineers of one squad at Questbank — our digital banking arm delivering personal bank accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and lending solutions. In this role, you will coordinate the development, improvement, and delivery of full-stack banking solutions, owning specific feature areas within the squad's portfolio while maintaining strong SDLC health. You will balance your time between hands-on engineering (coding, code reviews, and technical execution) and people leadership (growing team members, conducting performance reviews, and partnering with People & Culture).\n\nNeed more details?
