shift-based environment via remote or onsite support.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBasic understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.\n\nExposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\n\nBasic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line operations.\n\nUnderstanding of container technologies such as Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.\n\nBasic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.\n\nExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing
