updates.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course.\nAt least 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field technical support roles.\nStrong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.\n Experience in operating system installation, migration, and configuration (Windows 10 / Windows 11).\nFamiliarity with endpoint security software installation and management.\nBasic knowledge of networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration, and access point setup.\nExperience performing IT asset inventory, tagging, and documentation.\nAbility to perform onsite and branch deployment activities including device setup and configuration.\nGood communication and user-support skills for assisting employees with IT-related concerns.\nWilling to travel to branch locations for deployment and maintenance
