Job Description: Provide Level 2 (L2) operational support for enterprise server and storage infrastructure, including Windows and Linux systems across Production, UAT, and Development environments. Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution for server- and storage-related issues escalated from L1 support teams. Monitor server and storage health, performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools, and take corrective actions when required. Manage server administration tasks, including user access, services management, system logs, disk utilization, and performance tuning. Support storage administration and operations, including storage provisioning, LUN allocation, volume management, and capacity monitoring. Perform storage troubleshooting related to disk failures, storage latency, connectivity, IOPS, and capacity utilization. Support enterprise storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, and DAS environments. Perform basic SAN administration, including LUN mapping, zoning coordination, and storage connectivity troubleshooting. Support storage technologies and protocols such as Fibre Channel (FC), iSCSI, NFS, and SMB. M
