Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or \n\na related field.\n\n2. Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and database technologies.\n\n3. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks, with \n\nexperience in software design and development using test-driven development \n\n(TDD) practices.\n\n4. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.\n\n5. Relevant certifications in Database, API, AI, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Automation, \n\nor Business Process Management are an advantage.\n\n6. Strong business understanding and analytical skills, with the ability to translate\n\nbusiness requirements into effective technical solutions.\n\n7. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.\n\n8. Excellent communication, presentation, customer relations, and interpersonal \n\nskills.\n\n9. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently with minimal \n\nsupervision.\n\n10. Results-oriented, responsible, and committed to high standards of work ethics and \n\nprofessionalism.\n\n11. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and \n\nstakeholders.\n\n12. Good time management and ability to work effectively under pressure.\n\n13. Professional and approachable personality with a positive attitude.\n\n14.
