Position, purpose & impact
As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the successful implementation of Queue-it solutions for our customers. You will act as the driving force behind customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring implementation is executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Support teams, you will provide structure, transparency, and accountability throughout the implementation and onboarding journey. You will build trusted customer relationships through clear, proactive communication and help customers achieve successful outcomes from day one. This role requires a highly organized project leader who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and can effectively balance multiple projects while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

The role in action
Lead the implementation of Queue-it solutions for Japanese customers across industries.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed success criteria.
Drive project planning, milestone tracking, and execution throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records.
Build trusted relationships with customers through clear, proactive communication.
Act as the central coordination point between customers and internal teams.
Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide regular project updates, communicate risks, and manage expectations effectively.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to support successful project delivery.
You will play a key role in our crucial office and presence in Tokyo and work from a co-working space, alongside a handful of highly competent colleagues.
We offer flexibility in where you work. While we expect you to spend most of your time at our Tokyo office, you'll also have the opportunity to work from home, visit customer sites, and occasionally work from other shared office locations.
