# Senior P&C Business Partner

Position, purpose & impact: We're looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to be the main P&C partner for our Go-To-Market organization, with a special focus on our US team. You'll be the go-to HR expert for the US, so you need solid, hands-on experience with US HR practices, benefits and systems. Working closely with our CRO and GTM leaders, you'll strengthen performance, leadership and engagement across the business. You'll also support organizational development, talent decisions and change initiatives. You'll be based in our Copenhagen office, support US colleagues across time zones and travel to the US about every second month. Your work will help build the high-performing, trust-based culture that drives Queue-it's growth. Your toolkit: Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a senior role, including organizational development and performance management. Previous hands-on HR experience supporting employees and leaders in the US. Solid knowledge of US employment practices, employee relations, benefits and HR administration.
