Someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing senior leaders, driving transformation and helping build the next chapter of a global technology company.\n\nAbout the Role\nThis is not a traditional Corporate Strategy role.\n\nAs Director - Strategy, you will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to help shape the company's future direction and ensure that strategy translates into measurable business outcomes.\n\nYou will help identify where the company should play, what capabilities it must build, which opportunities deserve investment, and which initiatives should be accelerated, redesigned or stopped. You will bring clarity to complex situations, challenge assumptions with data and insight, and help leadership make better strategic decisions faster.\n\nThis role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, transformation, execution, performance management and organizational effectiveness. You will work across business units, functions and leadership teams to align priorities, drive focus and ensure that the organization's most important initiatives receive disproportionate attention and resources.\n\nYou will not be measured by the number of presentations you create, but by your ability to convert ideas into action, action into outcomes and outcomes into enterprise value.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, commercially sharp, highly analytical and deeply execution oriented.
