IT Specialist

The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and technical support services. The role requires an experienced professional capable of providing strategic IT solutions while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure minimum downtime.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, data protection, backups, and access controls.
• Manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and related technologies.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT systems and applications.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, contracts, and technology procurement.
• Support cloud services, databases, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, system configurations, and technical reports.
• Train and mentor junior IT staff and promote effective use of technology across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and applicable regulations.
