This role will focus on GTM/Sales Analytics and Product-Led Growth (PLG), helping teams turn product usage and revenue data into actionable business insights. You'll work closely with stakeholders to build trusted reporting, develop Snowflake data models, contribute to dbt, and surface product and customer signals that support sales conversion, expansion and growth.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales and PLG KPIs such as trial conversion, product adoption, feature activation, PQLs and revenue performance.\nPartner with Sales and Revenue Operations to translate business questions into actionable analytics.\nDevelop and maintain data models in Snowflake for Sales, GTM and PLG analytics.\nContribute to dbt models, tests and documentation through pull requests.\nWork with Data Engineering on data modelling, data quality and pipeline dependencies.\nDefine and standardise key GTM metrics including: Free trial signups, Time-to-activate, Product Qualified Leads (PQLs), Trial conversion, Product adoption, Expansion signals.\nAnalyse product usage and PLG trends to identify opportunities for Sales and Revenue teams.\nSupport recurring GTM business reviews, reporting cadences and operational processes.\nBuild reusable datasets and documentation to enable self-service analytics.\nEnsure consistency and accuracy across Sales and Product analytics.\nRequirements:\n3-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Sales Analytics, GTM Analytics or Revenue Analytics.\nStrong SQL skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and data modelling.\nExperience working with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.\nHands-on experience with dbt, including models, tests and documentation.\nExperience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM or commercial teams, preferably within a SaaS/product company.\nUnderstanding of PLG, product usage analytics and SaaS/GTM metrics.\nAbility to translate business requirements into reliable datasets, reports and dashboards.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nComfortable working with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Sales, Product and RevOps.\nGood to Have:\nPower BI, Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools.\nSalesforce / CRM analytics experience.\nExperience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo or other product analytics platforms.\nRevenue analytics / SaaS metrics experience.\nExposure to data governance and data quality.\nExperience in a product-led or hybrid Sales + PLG SaaS
