We’re a team of curious, collaborative people who care about solving problems, learning as we go, and building things that make work better for our customers and each other.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Quality Engineering Manager, you will own the quality strategy for a significant product domain while leading a talented team of Quality Engineers supporting multiple engineering teams. Through your partnership with other Quality Engineering (QE) leaders, you’ll help shape and evolve our quality tooling and practices and continue to build a culture where quality is a shared responsibility.\n\nOur teams support quality efforts across multiple product domains, invest heavily in automation, and embrace AI-assisted development. This role requires technical judgement, strong people leadership, and the ability to build trust across teams.\n\nSuccess in this role is measured by the quality of the software your team helps deliver, the growth of the quality engineers you lead, and your ability to influence how quality is built into the software development lifecycle.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nLead, coach, and develop a team of 6–10 Quality Engineers supporting multiple engineering teams and product initiatives.\n\nOwn the quality strategy for a product domain by partnering closely with other leaders, tech leads, and product managers to improve software quality, delivery predictability, and customer outcomes.\n\nProvides technical and architectural leadership in test automation, frameworks, CI/CD, and testing standards.\n\nPartner with QE leadership to define and evolve scalable quality practices and AI-assisted testing solutions, translate those into clear team priorities and goals, and drive consistent adoption to improve quality outcomes\n\nBalance competing priorities across multiple engineering teams, helping stakeholders understand tradeoffs while ensuring the highest-value work receives appropriate quality investment.\n\nCoach and mentor through clear, actionable feedback – developing technical and leadership capabilities, clarifying promotion expectations, and supporting career growth.\n\nLead teams through ambiguity, changing priorities, and organizational change while maintaining focus, engagement, and delivery excellence.\n\nInfluence engineering teams to build quality earlier in the software development lifecycle through collaboration, data, and thoughtful decision-making.\n\nAbout You\n\nYou believe quality engineering is much more than finding defects — it’s a shared engineering responsibility woven into how software gets built.
