You'll work directly with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to turn business needs into effective system solutions, delivering projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.\nThis role suits a proactive, accountable, client-focused professional who thrives on solving problems, juggling multiple priorities, and driving projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate project activities, anticipate roadblocks before they become issues, and ensure every implementation runs smoothly while delivering a genuinely great customer experience.\n\nKey Job Responsibilities:\n\n1. Project Ownership\nLead or support end-to-end software implementation projects.\n\nEstablish project timelines, milestones, deliverables and priorities.\n\nCoordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned.\n\nTake ownership of project issues and drive them towards resolution.\n\n 2. Business & System Analysis\nConduct requirements gathering and understand clients' business processes.\n\nTranslate business requirements into practical system solutions.\n\nConfigure and customise HRMS applications.\n\nIdentify gaps between business requirements and system capabilities.\n\n 3. Testing & Implementation\nCoordinate data migration, mapping, cleansing and validation.\n\nPrepare and execute SIT and UAT.\n\nIdentify system issues, analyse root causes and work with technical teams on solutions.\n\nLead go-live preparation and provide hands-on hypercare support.\n\n 4. Client & Stakeholder Management\nBuild strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.\n\nConduct system demonstrations, presentations and user training.\n\nCommunicate project status, risks, issues and recommendations clearly.\n\nManage change requests and ensure proper impact assessment.\n\n5.
