base.\n\nEnsure customers have an exceptional experience with our HRMS platform.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Post Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.\n\n1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, Customer Success, or Software Support.\n\nExperience supporting SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or Singapore MOM Regulation\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn.\n\nSkills\nInformation Technology and Services, Onboarding,
