Key Responsibilities :

- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues by performing deep-dive debugging to ensure optimal system uptime.
- Optimize backend performance by implementing efficient algorithms and data structures that reduce latency and resource consumption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit testing suites to ensure feature stability and facilitate seamless continuous integration.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures that scale effectively under load.
- Proficiency in writing clean, modular, and maintainable code while utilizing modern code review tools to foster collaborative development.
- Strong analytical capabilities in applying advanced algorithms and data structures to solve real-world engineering challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for designing complex database schemas and optimizing query performance for large datasets.
- Proven ability to write robust unit tests and perform systematic debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote setting, demonstrating self-discipline and proactive collaboration with distributed teams.
- Candidates must possess 2 - 7 years of professional experience in software development.
