translate business requirements into a working solution and give realistic estimates.\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\n8+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java, including strong command of core Java, OOP, collections, concurrency and JVM fundamentals.\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience building production applications in React - hooks, functional components, state management (Redux / Context API), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).\n\nStrong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data and REST API design.\n\nSolid working knowledge of MongoDB - schema design, indexing, aggregation framework, and query optimisation\n\nProven track record of delivering features independently, end to end, with minimal supervision.\n\nStrong unit testing discipline - JUnit, Mockito, Jest or React Testing Library.\n\nPractical experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, Claude Code, Copilot or equivalent) as part of the day-to-day development workflow.\n\nProficiencywith Git, branching strategiesand pull-request based development.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar) and containeriseddeployment (Docker).\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make and defend design decisions.\n\nClear written and verbal communication -
