address them.\nEngage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to set up meetings for the sales team.\nMaintain accurate records of interactions and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.\nCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.\nAchieve and exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.\nProven track record in generating high-quality leads and successfully setting appointments.\nStrong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n Fluency in German and in
