Description Overview The Solution plays a key role in delivering successful implementations of our platform solution to retail clients. This position focuses on medium to large engagements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business requirements while maintaining a strong customer experience. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, working closely with internal stakeholders and external client teams to drive seamless implementations. Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track. Design and configure solutions that align with client needs, ensuring a seamless integration process. Provide technical troubleshooting and escalation support to resolve systems, data, or process issues.
