Transform.\nIf you thrive in the details and the big picture, this role is for you.\nQuickparts is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable to own the day-to-day accounts payable operations for the French and UK ledgers. Our Finance team supports operations across France, Italy, and the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to build broad international AP experience within a fast-growing manufacturing business.\nWhy This Role Matters\nOur Finance function is critical to supporting our international operations and supplier relationships. As a Junior Accounts Payable, you will:\nOwn day-to-day accounts payable operations for FR and UK ledgers\nEnsure accurate and timely invoice and payment processing\nSupport multi-entity, multi-currency international finance operations\nManage supplier correspondence and expense reconciliations\nWhat You’ll Do\nReceive, review and process supplier invoices (email, portal, paper)\nEnter invoice data into the accounting system, including coding, cost centres and VAT\nPerform 3-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts\nIdentify and resolve discrepancies relating to price, quantity or missing purchase orders\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date AP records across FR & UK entities\nPrepare and schedule supplier payment runs for FR & UK entities\nEnsure all payments are made in line with agreed contractual terms\nSubmit payment runs to the AP Manager for review and approval prior to release\nRespond to supplier queries regarding outstanding payments and invoice status\nChase suppliers for outstanding invoices and statements as required\nReconcile company credit card transactions against employee receipts\nFollow up on missing receipts or incorrectly coded transactions\nAllocate expenses to the correct cost centres and accounts\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious experience in an accounts payable or transactional finance role\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in high-volume data entry\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel\nAbility to prioritise and manage workload across multiple entities and currencies\nFluency in French (written and spoken) is desirable to manage French supplier relationships and correspondence\nGood working knowledge of Netsuite, Tipalti (desirable)\nExperience with French and UK VAT and tax requirements (desirable)\nFamiliarity with Brex or a comparable expense management platform (desirable)\nExperience in a multi-entity, multi-currency international finance environment (desirable)\nPart-qualified or studying towards AAT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent (desirable)\nCandidates must be based in the UK with the right to work\nWhy You’ll Love It Here\nCompetitive salary benchmarked to UK market rates\nHybrid working model with flexibility\nInternational exposure across French, Italian and UK finance operations\nClear development pathway within the Finance function\nSupportive team environment with mentorship from senior AP colleagues\nCelebrate Your Strengths!\nWe believe that understanding your natural behavioral style helps ensure success for both you and Quickparts.
