In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services, developing and nurturing client portfolios, and executing the European commercial strategy to achieve annual sales objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Account Management\nMaintain and develop existing client accounts by building strong relationships through field prospecting.\nAdvise and guide clients with thorough needs analyses and provide tailored technical offers.\nValidate client requests, prepare quotations, and successfully close sales.\nStrategic Sales Execution\nFollow up on all customer interactions including quote follow-ups, client interfaces, and visit reports.\nPromote Quickparts’ products and services to secure firm orders and ensure client satisfaction through close collaboration with Project Managers.\nIdentify and develop new client accounts by proactive prospecting and insights into market trends.\nMarketing & Market Analysis\nCollaborate with the sales Director and marketing team to support trade shows, communications, and marketing strategies in France.\nRepresent Quickparts at professional trade shows and participate in European commercial department meetings.\nAnalyze revenue variations and the French market to influence commercial and marketing actions.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 7-10 years in B2B Sales of product/service development in molding/ plastic/ prototype industry.\nStrong technical understanding of plastics processing, injection molding, and/or prototyping.\nStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills.\nCommercial education and technical background in plastics or metallurgy\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level \nProven experience in developing key account portfolios and acquiring new clients with excellent commercial negotiation skills\nExcellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and team collaboration abilities\nWillingness to travel regularly across France and occasionally
