Transform.\nIf you thrive in the details and the big picture, this role is for you.\nQuickparts is hiring a Technicien Expéditions to coordinate and perform all activities related to the packaging, documentation, traceability, and shipment of company products. You will ensure that parts are properly inspected, packaged, documented, and shipped in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable export regulations.\nYou will own the shipping process, manage multiple shipping activities simultaneously, and be the driving force behind accurate, compliant, and timely deliveries.\nWhy This Role Matters\nOur Shipping and Logistics function is critical to customer satisfaction, product traceability, and regulatory compliance. As a Shipping and Logistics Operator, you will:\nEnsure shipments comply with export control and international regulations\nExecute hands-on packaging, routing, and order processing\nGuarantee full product traceability and documentation accuracy\nServe as a vital link between production schedules and customer deadlines\nOversee shipping activities and ensure daily productivity targets are met\nWhat You’ll Do\nPackage parts according to internal procedures and customer-specific requirements, including building custom shipping fixtures when required\nPerform visual and dimensional inspections on parts prior to packaging to verify compliance with specifications\nPrepare and complete all required shipping documentation including packing slips, inspection documents, shipping labels, work orders, and bills of lading\nProcess, track, verify, and route shipments using company shipping software and carrier systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx)\nEnsure full traceability of shipped products, including part numbers, serial numbers, lot numbers, and related documentation\nEnsure shipments comply with export control regulations and verify export documentation prior to the release of goods\nManage warehouse inventory related to shipping activities, monitor supplies, and order packaging materials\nRespond to inquiries and provide shipping and logistics support to project managers, sales managers, and other internal teams\nOversee shipping and receiving activities, support shipping personnel, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations\nExperience with shipping carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, or similar)\nFamiliarity with export control procedures and international shipping regulations\nKnowledge of product traceability requirements and documentation control\nAbility to use basic measuring tools for dimensional inspection\nAbility to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred)\nStrong attention to detail, quality orientation, and excellent organizational skills\nProficiency with MS Office applications and shipping software systems\nAbility to lift and move packages, and stand/move within warehouse areas for extended periods\nFluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments, basic 2D/3D CAD knowledge, and previous supervisory experience are a plus\nWhy You’ll Love It Here\nHigh-growth, global organization\nComplex technical challenges\nAbility to leave a legacy system behind\nStrong culture of accountability and collaboration\nCompetitive compensation\nCelebrate Your Strengths!\nWe believe that understanding your natural behavioral style helps ensure success for both you and Quickparts.
