Senior Business Analyst &Project Manager 6 Months contract Onsite in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-market Salesforce programme covering Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The programme spans three markets, each with its own stakeholders, integration dependencies, and go-live timelines. This role combines business analysis and project management, acting as the key coordination point between the client, agency team, and development teams.

The successful candidate will translate business requirements into clear, buildable specifications while owning delivery planning, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and project governance across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with client stakeholders and document outcomes to an agreed standard.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria ready for development.
• Maintain functional scope across each market and ensure all changes are documented and traceable.
• Prepare UAT scripts, coordinate UAT execution, and manage defect triage through to closure.
• Define integration requirements between Salesforce, ERP, and middleware platforms in collaboration with technical leads.
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and resolve functional questions throughout delivery.

Project Management

• Own and maintain the overall delivery plan across all three markets.
• Manage the RAID log, ensuring risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions are identified and escalated appropriately.
• Produce weekly status reports for both client and internal stakeholders.
• Track client-side dependencies including data readiness, third-party systems, approvals, and business inputs.
• Run sprint and release cadences with development teams and ensure priorities are agreed ahead of each sprint.
• Manage change requests from identification through estimation, approval, and implementation.
• Lead client discussions around scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations within the agreed commercial framework.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure milestones and go-live timelines remain on track.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, delivery, or a closely related role.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering Salesforce programmes, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working with development teams and translating business requirements into buildable user stories.
• Experience managing mixed onshore and offshore teams in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.
• Experience delivering programmes across multiple markets, countries, or business entities simultaneously.
• Strong experience with Jira or equivalent backlog/project management tools.
• Hands-on experience maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs, backlogs, trackers, and status reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently lead client discussions.
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills with a structured approach to delivery.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience within the automotive industry or dealer networks.
• Exposure to MuleSoft or similar integration middleware.
• Experience with ERP integrations.
• Salesforce certifications such as:

• Previous experience working in an agency or consulting environment with multiple client stakeholders.
