Vous piloterez divers leviers marketing, de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients à la fidélisation de nos comptes existants.\nMissions\nPiloter et maximiser l'impact des contenus phares de l'entreprise pour générer des leads.\nConcevoir et coordonner les actions marketing ciblées sur la base installée pour fidéliser les clients.\nMettre en place un système de Lead Scoring performant et affiner la stratégie de segmentation dans le CRM.\nProfil recherché\n**VOS ATOUTS INDISPENSABLES POUR RÉUSSIR****Expérience confirmée :** Vous avez ~5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire (Growth, Demand-Gen, Lead-Gen) en Marketing B2B, idéalement dans l'écosystème SaaS ou Fintech.\n**Maîtrise d’un CRM :** Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Hubspot (ou un CRM équivalent).\n**L’IA comme copilote :** L'intelligence artificielle est pour vous un réflexe quotidien pour décupler votre impact (production de campagnes, copywriting, analyse des données, automatisation).\n**Mindset \"Test & Learn\" :** Doté(e) d'un esprit entrepreneurial, vous êtes proactif(ve) et autonome. Vous avez l'agilité nécessaire pour créer, tester, mesurer et itérer rapidement afin de trouver les meilleures solutions.\n**Data-driven & Rigoureux(se) :** Vous êtes pragmatique et orienté(e) résultats (ROI).
