messaging.\nGenerate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.\nBuild and manage prospect lists using various lead generation tools and platforms.\nDevelop and execute outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.\nCreate and manage drip campaigns to maintain consistent communication with prospects.\nQualify leads by identifying business needs, pain points, decision-making processes, and buying intent.\nBuild rapport and establish trust with prospective customers through effective communication.\nClearly explain company products and services while positioning value to potential clients.\nAssist with marketing and prospecting initiatives, including:\nMeta/Facebook Ads\nGoogle Ads\nLinkedIn Campaigns\nOther digital marketing campaigns designed to generate leads\nTrack all activities, leads, and appointments accurately within the CRM.\nCollaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and appointment-setting efforts.\nMeet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.\nRequirements\nProven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or outbound sales.\nExperience conducting cold outreach through multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, SMS, direct messaging, and phone calls.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing campaigns, including Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of lead nurturing and sales pipeline management.\nExperience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.\nAbility to create, manage, and optimize drip campaigns.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities.\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.\nExperience working with U.S.-based clients is a
