- Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. No prior EV charger experience is needed - full training will be provided. This role requires a tech-savvy, proactive individual who can learn quickly, communicate effectively, and help keep our EV infrastructure operational.
- Full-time, 40 Hours/Week
- Fully remote, work from home
- Salary: ZAR 17,000-20,000/month, commensurate with skills and experience
- Availability to work during EST business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor EV charger statuses and identify any issues.
- Communicate with property owners and drivers to assist with troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for on-site support.
- Document issues and resolutions in the system.
- Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist or Technical Support Specialist
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage active issues efficiently
- Customer service or technical support experience in IT or related field preferred
Training Provided:
- EV charger systems and operations
- Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Coordination procedures with maintenance and property teams
