Identify strong developer talent and introduce them to our hiring team \n Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates \n Coordinate with the hiring team to refine candidate criteria \nRequirements\n Experience recruiting or sourcing developers in Ethiopia \n Strong familiarity with the Ethiopian tech talent market \n Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, local job boards, or tech communities \n Ability to identify qualified engineering candidates \n Strong communication and organizational skills \n Ability to work independently and manage your own time \nNice to Have\n
